Your website is better than watching the tour de france (which started sat) b/c I have the utmost faith and confidence that your are a 'clean' rider! Stick to a couple of beers, lay of the HGH and EPO now that the rockies are behind you and ride 'with' the wind if possible... just don't pedal in the wrong direction. Keep up the positive attitude and vibes.

Great pictures. When you're in those seemingly endless flat plains, it's okay to talk and mumble so long as you don't start carrying on any two-way conversations with yourself.
You're doing great and you're definitely looking fit and trim.
